Order and Delivery:
Normally we despatch order within ten working days after receiving and processing it. We do not start processing order unless full payment funds received by our bank. Returns and Exchange:

Cancellation and Refunds:
You may cancel your order by informing us any time before we despatch it or within fifteen days upon receiving it. If order is not dispatched, we will refund total amount of the order as soon as possible and normally within ten working days. If order has been dispatched, you can return it to us within fifteen days at our returns department (by air mail from outside the UK) after receiving it.
